How to charge your Nintendo Switch controller
1.Dock your Switch console with a connected Joy-Con: This is the easiest and most common way to charge your Joy-Cons. Simply slide the Joy-Con onto the rails on either side of the console until it clicks into place. Then dock the console and connect the power adapter to the docking station. Joy-Con will charge automatically.
2.Using the Joy-Con Charging Grip: This grip has a built-in battery that can charge the Joy-Cons while you're playing. To use it, just slide the Joy-Cons onto the rails on the grip. Then, connect the grip to the Switch dock or the AC adapter using the included USB cable.
Here are some additional tips for charging your Nintendo Switch controllers:
#The Joy-Cons will take about 3 hours to fully charge when attached to the Switch console or the Charging Grip.
#The Pro Controller will take about 6 hours to fully charge.
#You can check the battery level of the Joy-Cons and the Pro Controller on the Switch's home screen.
#If you're not using your Switch for a while, it's a good idea to dock it so that the Joy-Cons can charge.
